The spacious studio is completely private, romantic and charming with a king sized bed, bathroom with tub/shower, stained concrete floor, ceiling fan, it’s own washer & dryer and small kitchen with Advantium microwave and induction cooktop.

RATES
$795/night for a 2-3 night stay
$750/night for a 4-6 night stay
The above rates are based on occupancy of 7 (5 in Main House; 2 in Studio); 2 additional guests my be accommodated in the Main House at $35 per person per night.
$4,200/week (6+ night stay, based on maximum occupancy of 9).
There is a 2 night minimum at all times, and a 3 night minimum on all weekends May through October and all holiday weekends.

The units may be rented separately during off season months (November through April).
Main House - $500/night
Studio - $250/night
2 night minimum applies on weekends, may be waived for last minute bookings with payment of the cleaning fee.
