POLICIES
Maximum occupancy 7 adults. Children will be accommodated at no additional charge, with prior arrangement, 2 children with 6 adults, 3-4 children with 4-5 adults. No pets. No smoking. A refundable $500 security deposit will be required, with liability release form.
