A wide porch wraps around the Main House which is richly appointed with hardwood floors, wood cabinets, granite countertops, ceiling fans, upscale country furnishings and an elegant fireplace in the living room.

The open living, dining & gourmet kitchen areas are framed with arched windows and French doors bringing in lot’s of natural light. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom two twins that can convert to a king, and each opens onto the porch. 1-1/2 baths include the master bath with large tub and separate shower, the ½ bath is accessed from the hallway.

The charming Studio has a queen sized bed and oversized leather queen sofa bed, a small dining nook and slate bathroom with shower. There are many outside places to relax in at Lazy Oaks – the porch, pool patio, hammock, lawn and even a vegetable garden to enjoy.

RATES
$825 per night for a 2-3 night stay
$750 per night for a 4-5 night stay
$4.200 per week for a 6+ night stay
The above rates are based on occupancy of 6. Additional guests may be accommodated at the rate of $50 per person per night, maximum 8 adults. Additional children may be accommodated by special arrangement with futons/sleeping cot at an additional charge.

Special 4 person rate - $650 per night for the Main House only, subject to availability, maximum occupancy 4. Valid through July 3, 2008, and possible at other times during the season at the "last minute". Normal minimum stay requirements apply, not valid with other specials.

POLICIES
Children are welcome by prior arrangement. A refundable $750 security deposit will be required, with signed liability release form prior to arrival. No smoking. No pets.
