The home features wood ceilings, interesting textiles and the owners’ unique collection of tiles, art, and antique and retro furnishings. An expansive front porch has wrought iron furniture for relaxing and dining and opens onto a lawn which is surrounded by native landscaping and trees. Outside of the kitchen there is a pond feature in a patio that looks onto a majestic oak and a redwood tree. The side patio features tile imported from Spain and a cool dipping pool with fountain. There is access to a year-round creek from the house.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and attached bath with separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has outside access and two twin beds that can convert to a king. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bath is accessed from the hall with a shower/tub combo. A work/bonus room features trundle bed for an extra sleeping spot, and space to do a little work (if you must) or Internet research.

The charming kitchen has all the needed amenities (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave) with laundry room attached. Modern conveniences such as Internet access, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and landline telephone are in place for your comfort as well.

POLICIES
Rates are based on maximum occupancy of 6-7 guests. Children are welcome with prior arrangement and subject to approval. No pets. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. A signed liability release and agreement and other documentation will be required per your confirmation. A refundable $500 security deposit is required at check-in.
