GUEST HOUSE
The Guest House at Casa Bella Vista, built in 1994 and
freshly painted and carpeted in 2006, was planned for
guest privacy while maximizing light and openness. The
deck off of the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy
an outdoor BBQ and watch the sunset.
Other
amenities include central heat and air, a gas wood stove
in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and gas BBQ
grill, cozy robes, TV, VCR, CD player/stereo and telephone.
Free WiFi is available on the property.
There
is a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed
in the living room. The tiled bathroom is light and bright
with a tub and shower. The decor is tasteful and elegant
with an eye towards comfort and relaxation...a perfect
place to curl up by the fire on a chilly night.
THE
LOFT
About 100 feet from the cottage is the newly remodeled,
spacious one room loft with private bathroom. The Loft,
more traditional in its decor with a 19th century French
armoire and wine country theme, can accommodate 2 guests
and is available when rented with the guest cottage.
The
Loft is perfect for friends, families or groups traveling
together that need an extra bed or wants to be on the
same property but have separate bedrooms.
The
Loft features a queen bed, vaulted ceiling, a ceiling
fan, dormer windows overlooking oak trees and a comfortable
sitting area with TV and CD player/stereo. Newly remodeled
bath has a tiled, walk-in shower. Additional amenities
include a mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
POOL, HOT TUB AND VIEWS
Another spectacular feature of Casa Bella Vista is its
in-ground pool, hot tub and large redwood deck overlooking
the valley. A
private pathway leads you from the guest cottage to the
pool and spa area which are located adjacent to the owner's
house.
The
pool area is a private and relaxing spot for an evening
picnic and incredible view of the sunset. Soaking in the
hot tub while watching the moon rise over the Valley of
the Moon is the perfect ending to a perfect day in the
beautiful Sonoma Valley. |
