INFORMATION
•
No food service is included with the rentals of
these properties.
•
Housekeeping
will be provided at no extra charge at the end of
your stay, unless otherwise stipulated. If you require
additional housekeeping during your stay, you may
arrange it with the staff of the Glenelly Inn, at
an additional charge based on $25 per hour.
•
These
properties are all in quiet, residential areas,
and guests shall be cognizant and respectful of
neighbors and county noise ordinance, keeping noise
to a minimum at all times. No parties or get-togethers
other than of the current occupants of the properties
are allowed. Guests shall drive and park responsibly
and reasonably and choose a designated driver or
arrange for alternate transportation when necessary.
•
A
release of liability with agreement re: damages
and signed guest code of conduct will be required
from each guest prior to check-in. The refundable
security deposit will be held on your arrival date
and released after the property has been inspected,
provided there are no violations or damages. NO
SMOKING is allowed at any of the properties inside
or out, unless specifically agreed to for limited
smoking outside.
•
There
is a two night minimum stay on weekends at all times,
and a three night minimum stay required on all holiday
periods and event weekends. Properties with three
or more bedrooms require a three night minimum on
high season weekends (May through October). These
policies may be waived, under certain circumstances
and at the discretion of management, with payment
of the housekeeping fee. Please note that the
credit card number on file will be used to process
the balance on its due dates as stated in your confirmation
letter. Should you wish to use a different credit
card number than the one on file, you must contact
us two days prior to the due date of the remaining
balance. If you request to change credit cards after
the charge has been run, a fee equal to 3% of the
charge amount for Visa, Mastercard or Discover and
5% of the charge amount for American Express may
be assessed.
•
Rates for each individual property are shown on
its page. During the off-season (November through
April, excluding holiday & event periods), special
rates may be available
and minimums may be waived.
Please call or e.mail for more information. Rates
are subject to change without notice, and 11% tax
shall be added to rental rate. Winter rates as shown
on the individual property web pages are available
December 1st through April 29, 2010, excluding
holiday periods.
•
BEDS: Please take note of the bed configurations
as spelled out on the website. At properties that
have options of twins/kings, please notify us at
least 72 hours in advance and preferably at the
time of reservation if you would like the beds set
up differently than the norm as stated on the website.
If such a change is requested less than 72 hours
in advance of your arrival, you will be assessed
an additional charge of $50-$100, depending on the
property and the time frame.
PLEASE
NOTE SPECIAL POLICIES:
Smaller
Properties: An advance payment equal to
50% of the total rent shall be required at the time
of making the reservation, with the balance due
14 days prior to your arrival date.
•
Cancellations
received earlier than 14 days prior to the reservation
will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation
fee. Cancellations received later than 14 days prior
to the reservation will result in a forfeiture of
the entire amount due for the stay. In the event
of such late cancellation, the guest will receive
a refund for any nights that can be rebooked.
Larger Properties: An advance payment equal
to 50% of the total rent shall be required at the
time of making the reservation. The balance will
be due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellations
received earlier than 30 days prior to the reservation
will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation
fee. Cancellations received later than 30 days prior
to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture
of the entire amount due for the stay. In the event
of such late cancellation, the guest will receive
a refund for any nights that can be rebooked.
•
Check-in for all properties is between
3 and 6 PM, and check-out is at 11 am. Please see
your confirmation letter for more specifics about
where and how you will check in to your property.
Special arrangements must be made IN ADVANCE for
early or late check-ins, or late check-outs, and
every effort will be made to accommodate such special
requests whenever possible.
