This charming cottage, which was once a bed & breakfast, has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have the option of two twin beds or one king. The bathroom, accessed from the hallway, has a tub & shower combination. The charming newly remodeled open living/dining room & kitchen has views of the nature from every side. The kitchen opens onto a stone patio from where you can watch the wildlife and breathe in the peaceful, natural beauty of this magical setting in the Valley of the Moon. This is an ideal spot to escape from the stresses and rigors of everyday life.

BASE RATES
1-2 night stay - $245/night based on double occupancy.
3-4 night stay - $225/night based on double occupancy.
5+ night stay - $200/night based on double occupancy.
$25 per night per additional guest up to the maximum of four. The additional per person per night charge may be waived for stays longer than 5 nights.

POLICIES
Maximum occupancy of 4 adult guests. Children are welcome with prior arrangement and subject to approval. Please advise desired bed configuration at time of reservation. No pets. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property. A signed liability release and agreement and other documentation will be required per your confirmation. A refundable $500 security deposit is required at check-in.
